Most of the site is located east of Twin Lakes Road. The project is <br /> composed of apartments,two types of townhomes,a senior cooperative and retail/office uses. <br /> Analysis <br /> The Commission,on a preliminary basis,reviewed the project at its June 13,2001 meeting. At <br /> that time,the Commission indicated that cash would be the preferred alternative for dedication <br /> • purposes. <br />
