Location Map <br /> • Master Park Plan <br /> • Site Plan — Holzem Property <br /> ANALYSIS <br /> Staff has been working with Gold Nugget Development regarding the park and trail <br /> requirements for a residential development located on approximately 75 acres at the <br /> southwest corner of Fillmore Street and County Road 12. Per the Commission's <br /> previous discussion during the Master Park Plan analysis, staff indicated to the developer <br /> that I0 percent land dedication would be most desired for this parcel. This will allow <br /> approximately 7 %z acres of land to be developed for park purposes. <br /> The developer has indicated a trail connection between the multi-family section of the <br /> project and the park. Staff has preliminarily indicated to the developer that a sidewalk <br /> or trail connection from County Road 12 to Fillmore Street is also desired. No concept <br /> plan for the park has been submitted. <br />
