The property totals 109.49 acres; of that, 37.30 acres are <br /> considered to be wetland. <br /> The proposed subdivision is comprised of 286 lots;both single family and townhome lots. <br /> The applicant is proposing Outlot A,4.46 acres located in the southeast east corner of the <br /> site adjacent to the City's Outlot K,Trott Brook Farms for park purposes. Commissioners <br /> Anderson, Nystrom and Kuester will have walked the site and will be able to provide an <br /> opinion as to the quality of Outlot A. It does appear,however,to be high land connecting <br /> to high land in Outlot K. <br /> • <br />
