The property is 9.42 acres and has an <br /> existing single-family home and pole barn on it. The applicants propose to create a 21/ acre <br /> lot along the westerly edge of the parcel. The new parcel will have access from the cul de sac <br /> at the end of 192 1/2 Avenue. <br /> This parcel is located adjacent to Meadowvale Heights Park and is within Park Service Area <br /> Eight.
