The
commission had no concerns and felt that the issues raised by the public were addressed in the
conditions. The Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of the request.
Public Hearing
Several residents spoke about their concern of increased traffic and safety but noticed a significant drop
in the amount of people/traffic after the applicant began operating by appointment only. Several
neighbors felt the proposed hours were good. One neighbor preferred parking to be limited to the street
as the car doors shutting while on the driveway are loud in her nearby bedroom window. A time limit
(interim permit) was also suggested but the applicant was not interested in doing that.
P a w E R E U 6 Y
NaA f RE]
