City of <br /> M*kam*=-' <br /> ,k <br /> River <br /> Councilmember Wilson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> adoption: <br /> Resolution 14- 23 <br /> A Resolution of the City of Elk River Acknowledging Contributions <br /> W H E R <br /> ES, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and <br /> 1 ganlzati <br /> individuals for their contributions to the community; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received a $1,757.92 donation from the Elk River <br /> Ministerial Association with the intent it be used by the Parks and Recreation Department <br /> for park improvements. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, by at least four-fifths <br /> vote, to acknowledge the support and con-iniend the Elk River Ministerial Association for <br /> their donation. <br /> The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> Moon and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Mayor John J. Dietz, Councilmembers Stewart Wilson, Matt Westgaard, Barbara Burandt ar <br /> and the following against: none whereupon said Paul Motin <br /> resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> The following members were present: Mayor John J.
