Consider 4/8/14 Planning Commission Agenda <br /> Moved by Commissioner Jeremy Johnson and seconded by Mike Keller to <br /> approve the April 8, 2014 Planning Commission agenda. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> 4. 3/11/2013 Planning Commission Minutes <br /> Motion by Commissioner Jeremy Johnson and seconded by Commissioner Jill <br /> Larson-Vito to approve the March 11,2014 Planning Commission minutes. Motion <br /> carried 4-0. <br /> 5.1 Request by Juanita Glenn on Behalf of Wapiti Park for an Interim Use <br /> Permit to utilize existing building for store building, 18746 Troy St NW, <br /> Case No. CU 14-08 — Public Hearing continued from March I I, 2014 <br /> Chris Leeseberg presented the staff report. He stated that the septic system must meet the <br /> current guidelines for the city to approve an interim use peiniit.
