Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Parks and <br /> Recreation Commission was called to order at 6:32 p.m. by Chair Anderson. <br /> 2. Oath of Office for New Commission Members <br /> 3. Consider 3/12/14 Agenda <br /> IIIMr. Hecker added that Chris Leeseberg will present an update regarding the Elk <br /> River Comprehensive Plan update during agenda item 11. <br /> Moved by Commissioner Sagan and seconded by Commissioner Kallemeyn <br /> to approve the March 12,2014, agenda with proposed changes. Motion carried <br /> 7-0. <br /> 4. Consider Minutes <br /> Moved by Commissioner Holmgren and seconded by Commissioner Ahlness <br /> to approve the following February 12, 2014 Parks and Recreation Commission <br /> Minutes. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> 5. Open Forum - None <br /> 6. Park/Program Highlight <br /> Mr. Benoit presented a slideshow highlighting the CAER event held at the Activity <br /> Center. <br /> III <br />
