Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,the meeting of the Heritage Preservation <br /> Commission was called to order at 6:07p.m.by Chair Lindberg. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br /> 3. Consider 1/16/2014 Agenda <br /> 1111 Moved by Commission Member Fox and seconded by Commission Member <br /> Mortensen to approve the January 16, 2014, agenda. Motion carried 3-0 <br /> 4. Minutes <br /> Moved by Commission Member Fox and seconded by Commission Member <br /> Mortensen to approve the December 12, 2013,minutes. Motion carried 3-0 <br /> 5.1 2013 Annual Report of the Elk River HPC <br /> Moved by Commission Member Fox and seconded by Commission Member <br /> Mortensen to postpone action on the item to February 20, 2014. Motion <br /> carried 3-0 <br /> 5.2 Next steps for SCSU Project <br /> Commissioner Fox updated the commission on the project and indicated the <br /> students are looking to finalize the project in the spring. The project may include a <br /> "Historic Walking Tour" component and apps or QR codes to online information. <br /> The students were exploring the idea of getting information on local business menus <br /> and/or windows. <br /> ID <br />
