The property is in the Al District, which requires a 10-acre lot minimum for <br /> subdivision purposes. Located on the subject parcel is an existing single-family home, an <br /> attached garage, and a detached shed. <br /> The applicants propose to subdivide the 10. 79 acre parcel into two. Parcel A will be 10 <br /> acres and Parcel B will be 10.79 acres.
