In order to provide street access to the subdivision, 180th Avenue will <br /> be extended westerly out of Kliever Lake Fields. <br /> The proposed subdivision will include five lots; one for an existing home fronting on <br /> County Road 12; and four with access on the newly extended 180` Avenue NW. <br /> As can be seen on the Park Service Area Map,this property is not within a park service area; <br /> neither was Kliever Lake Fields. The City obtained 8 acres for a neighborhood park from <br /> the Kliever Lake Fields subdivision. This parcel is less than an eighth of a mile from the <br /> Kliever Lake Fields Park. Staff,therefore, suggests cash as the most appropriate means of <br /> park dedication for this plat. <br />
