The site is zoned 0, Highway <br /> Commercial. The preliminary plat includes 6 lots ranging in size from 1 acre to 2.5 acres. <br /> The total lot acreage outside of the street right-of-way is 8.75 acres. <br /> The subject property is not well suited for neighborhood park purposes.
