Located on the property is a single-family dwelling unit and a detached <br /> garage. The property totals .91 acres. <br /> The applicant proposes to split the property into two parcels;Parcel A for the existing house <br /> totaling.36 acres, and Parcel B containing the detached garage totaling.55 acres. The <br /> subject property is not located within a neighborhood park area, nor is it large enough to <br /> justify requesting land dedication.
