Mayor Klinzing's Comments on the Draft Comprehensive Plan <br /> The Mayor requested that her comment letter be distributed to all City commissions. <br /> 3. July Recreation Department Update <br /> This information was presented to the City Council at the July 21, 2003 meeting. The <br /> City Council also heard a presentation from Go Driving School against Recreation's <br /> program offering of driving lessons; a memo explaining the program follows the July <br /> update memo from Ms. Bergh. <br /> 4. YMCA Update <br /> 5. Lions Park Use Follow Up <br /> As members of the Commission are aware, we have heard several changes to Mr. <br /> Calguire's plans for his end of summer concert at Lions Park. Attached is the letter <br /> outlining the final conditions as well as a memo from Police Chief Beahen regarding <br /> his concerns with this event.
