We will meet in Conference Room A. Please plan to bring a <br /> sandwich, as due to budget cuts,we can no longer provide a pre-meeting meal. <br /> Attachments <br /> • Draft Park System Mission - Goals and Objectives (yellow) <br /> • 1997 Inventory and Analysis -Pages 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 (blue) <br /> • 1997 Demographic Analysis -Pages 84- 90 (pink) <br /> • 2002 Demographic Analysis (green) <br /> • 2000 Future Park Property Matrix (white) <br /> • Draft Land Use Plan (salmon) <br /> • Master Park Map with Future Acquisition Parcels Identified <br /> There is a lot of material to be reviewed in order to continue our discussion of the Master <br /> Park Plan. In addition to the above materials, staff is currently researching park provision <br /> standards (i.e.,if you are a community of a certain population, how many athletic fields, <br /> neighborhood parks, etc. should you provide for your population). This information will be <br /> provided at the meeting for reference. <br /> I would like to focus on the following task during our April 9`h meeting: <br /> 1. Review the park classification and recreation standards that were considered for the 1997 <br /> plan,pages 85 - 89 of the 1997 Demographic Analysis. Are these standards and <br /> assumptions still valid? <br /> 2.
