It is <br /> adjacent to the Ridges of Rice Lake subdivision. The request is to subdivide a 3.5-acre parcel <br /> out of 108 acres. Access to the new parcel will be from Tipton Street. <br /> The subdivision is outside of any area-wide or community park target area and due to the <br /> size of the proposed subdivision, staff would recommend cash dedication for the proposed <br /> lot. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Staff recommends that the Park and Recreation Commission recommend cash dedication <br /> for one lot for the Administrative Subdivision request by Nate and Debbie Hildenbrand. <br /> S:\PLANNING\Case Files\2003\AS 03-01 Hildenbrand\3-12 pr memo.doc <br />
