Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,the meeting of the Elk River Parks and <br /> Recreation Commission was called to order at 6:02 p.m. by Chair Anderson. <br /> 2. Discuss Parks Capital Improvement Fund <br /> Mr. Hecker discussed the Parks Capital Improvement Fund. <br /> Mr. Simon explained a few of the updates made within the Parks Capital <br /> Improvement Fund, including that line item Tree Maintenance is an ongoing budget <br /> item so it has been reallocated to the operating budget. <br /> It was the consensus of the Parks and Recreation Commission to list Hillside Park <br /> usage fees separately to be able to put towards larger park improvement projects. <br /> 3. Recess <br /> There being no further business, Chair Anderson recessed the meeting of the Elk <br /> River Parks and Recreation Commission at 6:50 p.m. <br /> 4. Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,the meeting of the Elk River Parks and <br /> Recreation Commission was called to order at 7:02 p.m. by Chair Anderson. <br /> 5. Discuss Houlton Farm Property Acquisition Concept Plan <br /> Mr. Leeseberg shared a slide show regarding the grant application for purchasing the <br /> Houlton property to the Parks and Recreation Commission members and the public <br /> that were present. <br /> 6.
