This contract expired October 31, 2003. Attached is a <br /> revised contract from Great River Energy for our diesel generation which reflects the <br /> same terms and conditions except this contract is on an evergreen basis. <br /> Based upon our most recent URGE test of 10,407kw, our annual payments for this diesel <br /> generation capacity is $343,431. Commission president John Dietz, authorized execution <br /> of this agreement upon staffs recommendation. This should be confirmed by the utility <br /> commission. <br />
