This group is using <br /> our LFG project as a model. <br /> This week we have a student from St. Cloud Technical College, doing his internship in <br /> the Water Department. Attached is a letter explaining the program. <br /> Lastly, attached is a notice from Great River Energy, making public their intent to double <br /> circuit an existing 69kv transmission line running north from their station 14. This line <br /> will enhance our system reliability. <br />
