NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Elk River Planning Commission may be attending the <br /> Sherburne County's Project NEMO (Nonpoint Education for Municipal Officials) workshop <br /> scheduled for Thursday, October 24,2013 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.
