The permit will run for two years from June <br />1, 2004 until May 31, 2006. <br /> <br />APPLICANT <br />The Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie ~3264 - operating at the Eagles Club. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br />The City's ordinance requires that 75% of the lawful purpose expenditures must be spent <br />within the City's trade area. The trade area for Elk River includes the cities of Elk River, <br />Ramsey, Otsego, Rogers, and Zirnmerman. The attached chart shows that the amount of <br />expenditures spent in the trade area during the past two years has been 84%. <br /> <br />ACTION REOUESTED <br />A motion from Council adopting the attached resolution approving a premises permit for <br />The Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #3264 to conduct lawful charitable gambling at the <br />Eagles Club, 824 Railroad Drive. <br /> <br /> <br />
