The <br /> underlying land use at Mulvaney Point is Light Industrial. Therefore,ABRA would not be a <br /> permitted or a conditional use in the Business Park District. <br /> Mr. Fiscus will be in attendance to discuss the options to relocate ABRA to Mulvaney <br /> Point. They include a text amendment to the District requirements or a zone change of <br /> the parcel in question to Light Industrial. <br /> Please be prepared to discuss this issue with Mr. Fiscus and provide direction to him and <br /> staff. <br /> cc: Cathy Mehelich, Economic Development Director <br /> Economic Development Authority <br />
