• RESOLUTION 13-08 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br /> WHEREAS, The Economic Development Authority's by-laws establish the second <br /> Monday of January at 5:30 p.m. as the annual meeting of the Economic <br /> Development Authority;and, <br /> WHEREAS, The Economic Development Authority of the City of Elk River finds it in its <br /> best interest to change the meeting date and time of the annual meeting to <br /> the third Monday of the month at 5:30 p.m.;and, <br /> WHEREAS, The Economic Development Authority bylaws require an amendment to <br /> reflect the change in date. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Economic Development Authority <br /> of the City of Elk River(the EDA) that by way of action at a regular meeting of the <br /> Economic Development Authority of the City of Elk River held on September 16,2013, <br /> Section 2.5 (01) of Article 2 of the EDA by-laws are hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> (01) Time and Place - The Annual Meeting of the Authority shall be held on the <br /> • third Monday of January at 5:30 p.m. at the principal office of the Authority, <br /> or such other location as designated in the Notice of Annual Meeting.
