Please see the <br /> attached agenda, minutes and staff report. <br /> STAFF UPDATES <br /> I. PLANNING COMMISSION ITEMS <br /> No items on the Planning Commission agenda for discussion. <br /> 2. GOALS AND PRIORITIES <br /> The HPC last updated their goals and priorities in 2010. I have attached those goals and <br /> priorities. Please review them prior to the meeting and be prepared to discuss the goals <br /> and priorities for the next three years. <br /> 3. THE 33RD ANNUAL STATEWIDE HISTORIC PRESERVATION <br /> CONFERENCE <br /> Commissioner Fox and Staff Haug will give an update on what they learned at the <br /> Conference <br /> 4. SCSU PROJECT UPDATE <br /> Staff contacted Professor Chuks from SCSU to work on the walking tour guide for the <br /> City of Elk River. The students will provide a presentation of the guide once the project <br /> is complete. <br /> 5.
