A Land Use Amendment from Light Industrial to Highway Business for Lot 1, <br /> Block 1 Elk River Business Park. <br /> 2. A Zone Change from Business Park to Highway Commercial for Lot 1,Block 1 Elk <br /> River Business Park. <br /> 3. An amendment to the Elk River Crossing Planned Unit Development (Conditional <br /> Use Permit). <br /> 4.
