Call Meeting To Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Energy City <br /> Commission was called to order at 8:36 a.m. by Chair Setala. <br /> 2. Consider May 15,2013 Energy City Commission Agenda <br /> MOVED BY COMMISSIONER WESTGAARD AND SECONDED BY <br /> COMMISSIONER SAYLER TO APPROVE THE AGENDA WITH THE <br /> ADDITION OF THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND DENNIS DAHL. <br /> MOTION CARRIED. <br /> 3. Consider April 17,2013 Minutes <br /> MOVED BY COMMISSIONER STEINBECK AND SECONDED BY <br /> COMMISSIONER WESTGAARD TO APPROVE THE APRIL 17,2013 MINUTES <br /> WITH THE SPELLING CORRECTION FOR CITY ON THE HEADING. <br /> MOTION CARRIED. <br /> 4. General Business <br /> 4.1 Presentation by Tom Sagstetter,Elk River Municipal Utilities <br /> Mr. Sagstetter gave an overview of the rebate program offered by the Elk River Municipal <br /> Utilities for both residential and commercial/industrial customers. <br /> Presentation by Bruce Sayler, Connexus Enemy <br /> Mr. Sayler gave an overview of the rebate program offered by Connexus Energy for both <br /> residential and commercial/industrial customers. <br /> Presentation by Ryan Setterholm, Centerpoint Energy <br /> Mr. Setterholm gave an overview of the rebate program offered by Centerpoint Energy for <br /> both residential and commercial/industrial customers. Discussion took place regarding <br /> decoupling. Chair Setala will try to coordinate a speaker for a future meeting to discuss <br /> decoupling. <br />
