This <br /> property was previously the location of Hardee's. The underground electric cable that was <br /> installed when the Hardee's was built runs along the west, south, and east property lines. This <br /> cable was installed on the property without an easement. Staff is currently working through <br /> options to resolve this easement issue. An update will be provided at the time of the <br /> Commission Meeting. <br /> The State of Minnesota has been working on digital electric utility service territory boundary <br /> maps. ERMU has been working with the neighboring electric utilities to develop boundary and <br /> exception customer agreements. Agreements with Connexus and Xcel had been completed and <br /> submitted to the State in 2010. We have just started working with Wright/Hennepin Electric. <br /> The State established a May Is`deadline for submitting discrepancies in the digital mapping. In <br /> review,there were a few discrepancies determined for ERMU's boundary and exception <br /> customers.
