We anticipate that the bidding market will be very competitive <br />and we should receive several bids from Contractors looking for summer and fall construction work. As <br />such, if we do realize cost savings or unexpected increases from the budget, we have included the <br />following Add/Deduct Alternates in the construction documents: <br /> <br /> Estimated Cost <br />1. Delete 2n~ Floor Shell Space (Deduct) $ 2~5,000 - Deduct <br />2. Add Gun Range Equipment $ 215,000 - Add <br />3. Epoxy Flooring in Apparatus Garage (Add) $ 23,000 - Add <br />4. Add 6 Garage spaces to Police Garage (Add) $100,000 - Add <br />5.
