A RESOLUTION FOR VACATING A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />EASEMENT <br />the applicant has requested the City Council in a petition dated March 22, <br />2013, to vacate such easements according to law; and, <br />a public hearing was held on April 15, 2013, before the City Council at the <br />Elk River City Hall on such petition after due published and posted notice <br />had been given and all persons interested were given an opportunity to be <br />heard; and, <br />WHEREAS, vacation of the easement is appropriate as it offers no existing or potential <br />value to the city of utilities. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, T RESOLVED that such petition is hereby granted and <br />the easement described as follows is hereby vacated: <br />Exhibit A <br />Adopted by the Ell-, River City Council this 15`" day of April, 2013. <br />ATTEST, <br />Tina Allard, City Clerk <br />Jo: J.
