The HR Division was expected to receive support from payroll and administration,
however, due to delays in the purchase of new timekeeping software, unexpected new federal reporting
requirements, additional new and replacement hires, and unexpected FLSA leave,HR needs additional
support to catch up with work.
The added hours will be temporary for 2013,until HR is caught up or upon final implementation of the
new timekeeping software.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
The maximum cost for Ms. Keller to work 40-hours each week until year-end would be an additional cost
of no more than$10,300.
LOWERED 81
N:\Public Bodies\City Council\Council RCA\Agenda Packet\03-18-2013\4.7 RFA Extra HR hours.docx NATURE
