Call Meeting To Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Planning Commission <br /> was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Vice Chair Westberg. <br /> 2. Consider 2/12/2013 Planning Commission Agenda <br /> MOVED BY COMMISSIONER ERIC JOHNSON AND SECONDED BY <br /> COMMISSIONER KONIETZKO TO APPROVE THE FEBRUARY 12,2013 <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> • 3. Consider 1/08/13 Planning Commission Minutes <br /> MOVED BY COMMISSIONER ERIC JOHNSON AND SECONDED BY <br /> COMMISSIONER KONITEZKO TO APPROVE THE JANUARY 8,2013 <br /> MINUTES. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 4.1 Request by The Bank of Elk River for a Conditional Use Permit to Allow Single Family Use <br /> of Property Zoned C2 Office District. Located at 230 Evans Avenue. Case No. Cu 13-02, <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Planning Manager Jeremy Barnhart stated that the applicant,The Bank of Elk River, <br /> requests a Conditional Use Permit in order to convert the C2 commercially-zoned <br /> property at 230 Evans Avenue back to a single family residential use. Approval of <br /> the CUP will allow the applicant to obtain a building permit for improvements to <br /> convert the structure back to residential,including replacing the garage doors and <br /> adding egress windows in the basement level. <br /> Vice Chair Westberg opened the public hearing. <br /> Corey Wemple, representing the applicant, stated he was present to answer any <br /> questions. <br /> • There being no public comment,Vice Chair Westberg closed the public hearing. <br />
