Chris Leeseberg has <br />been in this position over a year and recendy completed a job analysis questionnaire. <br /> <br />The Personnel Committee has reviewed the new Park Planner/Planner position profile based <br />on the duties currently performed by Chris Leeseberg and recommends that the Park <br />Planner/Planner position be assigned a point value of 73 and pay grade 1E. <br /> <br />Action Requested <br />The City Council is asked to approve the position point value and pay grade for the Park <br />Planner/Planner as recommended by thc Personnel Committee. <br /> <br />s: \ council~loriNpersonnclrccomparkplanncr.doc <br /> <br /> <br />
