ORDINANCE 02- 10 <br />CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER AMENDING <br />SECTION 712.10 OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES RELATING TO <br />BILLIARD HALLS <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Section 712.10 titled,"Prohxbxted' ' Practices," of the City of Elk <br />River Code of Ordinances shall be amended read as follows: <br /> <br />It shall be unlawful for any person to whom a license has been granted or for any <br />employee of such person in any billiard or pool hall or any appurtenant or connected <br />place: <br /> <br />3. To keep such billiard or pool hall open or to operate between the hours of <br />1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. unless the City Council has approved a conditional use <br />permit for the billiard or pool hall allowing later hours. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
