The Business Park zoning districts shall be amended to allow outdoor storage as a permitted <br /> use. <br /> 2. The outdoor storage yard shall meet the requirements outlined in the ordinance,including <br /> screening,fence material,and location. <br /> Applicant Bryan Provo,Alliance Machine <br /> Location/ Address 17520 Tyler Street <br /> 60 Day Rule The City must take action by December 7,2012 <br /> OVERVIEW <br /> Alliance Machine had submitted an application to partition a portion of his lot for outdoor storage. <br /> Because this is not permitted, an ordinance amendment is required, and is being considered concurrent <br /> with this review. <br /> Affiance requires a secure location for his trailer as it has been stolen from his lot in the past. Their <br /> original plans included a 30 foot by 30 foot area immediately adjacent to their accessory structure. An 8 <br /> foot high, chain link fence was proposed,with privacy slats inserted. <br /> APPLICABLE REGULATIONS <br /> Conditional Use Permit <br /> The issuance of a Conditional Use Permit can be ordered only if the use at the proposed location: <br /> 1. Will not endanger, injure or detrimentally affect the use and enjoyment of other proper in the immediate vicinity <br /> or the public health, safety, morals, comfort, convenience or general welfare of the neighborhood or the city. <br /> 2.
