TMI to remove all existing coatings on the tank exterior by sandblasting to SSPC-SP6 Commercial Blast. TMI <br /> to erect a full containment for blasting and recoating the water tower to prevent dust and overspray. <br /> 2. TMI to prime all exterior surfaces with a corrosion resistant primer. <br /> 3.
