The agenda and June minutes are <br /> attached.There was not a quorum at the August meeting. <br /> STAFF UPDATES <br /> BUDGET <br /> The City Council didn't state that they were opposed to any of the items in the Energy City budget <br /> during the August 20,2012 Work session meeting. The proposed budget is included in your packet <br /> ENERGY AWARENESS WEEK <br /> It has been discussed during past meetings to do some type of publicity for Energy City during <br /> Energy Awareness month (October). Staff has drafted an Energy Awareness Week Proclamation <br /> for City Council that is included in your packet Staff will be meeting with the River's Edge Business <br /> Association on Wednesday 12th to discuss their involvement in a community contest and will be <br /> giving an update at the meeting. <br /> DEMONSTRATION CRITERIA <br /> Staff would like to update the website with information on how to become a demonstration site. <br /> The ECC needs to determine a process for selecting new demonstration sites.An old demonstration <br /> site application is included in your packet. <br /> WEBSITE <br /> If you haven't already submitted your bio and business description,please do so ASAP to be placed <br /> on the City's website. <br /> POWERE Rr <br /> � D <br /> NATUR 1 <br />
