Planning <br /> Commissioners are not asked to act on the plan;rather,any comments generated should be forwarded to <br /> the Downtown Task Force by September 24t. An Open House is also scheduled for September 13th for <br /> the public to review and learn about the plan. Note cards will be available at the meeting. Any <br /> comments may also be emailed to the Planning Manager's attention. <br /> The Downtown Task Force was convened in November,2011 to develop a plan to address changes to <br /> the core of the city brought on by Highway 10 modifications anticipated over the next several decades. <br /> The plan is focused on developing a strategy to strengthen the core area as an asset for Elk River. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT <br /> None <br /> ATTACHMENTS <br /> None <br /> Action Motion by Second by Vote <br /> Follow Up <br /> riERES Oi <br /> INATUPE <br />
