ATTENDANCE <br /> See attached attendance roster. <br /> I. CALL MEETING TO ORDER <br /> The June 6, 2012,meeting was called to order at 6:32 p.m. by Captain Nierenhausen. <br /> 2. CONSIDER AGENDA <br /> No changes to the agenda were made. <br /> 3. APPROVE MINUTES FROM MAY 16, 2012 <br /> Moved by Mayor Dietz and seconded by Councilmember Gumphrey to approve the <br /> minutes from May 16, 2012. <br /> 4. OPEN FORUM <br /> No one appeared for Open Forum. <br /> 5. DISCUSSION TOPICS <br /> 5.1. Recap May 16th meeting with the Elk River Fire Department <br /> The Task Force discussed the department-wide meeting held on May 16th. <br /> The Task Force agreed that communication is important. The firefighters on the Task <br /> Force are in a position to bring information back to the organization as a whole. <br /> Chief Cunningham and City Administrator Portner will be meeting with the officers in <br /> the near future to discuss the Duty Officer program. <br /> No action items were brought forward by the Task Force. <br /> 5.2. Update on citywide reorganization <br /> Chief Cunningham presented an update on the citywide reorganization,including the <br /> changes made to the fire department structure (Building Safety Division and Code <br /> Enforcement). <br /> re . 1111 If <br /> NATURE <br />
