• <br />• <br />Stii3gbs to be removed <br />Underlines to be added <br />ORDINANCE 12 -13 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER AMENDING SECTION 2- 252(x) <br />OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES RELATING TO ICE ARENA <br />COMMISSION MEMBERSHIP <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows: <br />Section 1. Section 2 -252 (a) titled Membersb p; officers; compensation of members, of the City of Elk <br />River Code of Ordinances shall be amended as follows: <br />(a) The ice arena commission shall consist of seven members who shall be <br />appointed by the council for terms of three years. The commission will consist of <br />the following: <br />1. Tae One representatives designated by the Elk River Youth Hockey <br />Association. <br />2. One representative designated by Independent School District 728. <br />3. One representative of the Parks and Recreation Commission. <br />4. One representative of the City Council. <br />5. Two representatives from the Public selected by the City Council. <br />6. One representative designated by the Elk River Skating Club <br />Section 2.
