As a Conditional Use Permit is not a Building Permit, the applicant shall apply for all <br />required permits. <br />2. Signage requirements shall be as outlined in the Barrington Square Planned Unit <br />Development. Agreement. <br />3. All exterior signage shall require a permit. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />No one spoke at the public hearing. One question raised by the Commission was if staff looked at the <br />sound level of music in the studio. Staff stated they did not see any issue with sound levels. <br />A commissioner questioned what varied hours meant on the weekends. The applicant stated that they <br />typically do not operate in the evenings on weekends. <br />A commissioner asked about recitals.
