The proposed building will be one story, <br />decorative block earth tone building with a shingle roof. The building will be <br />connected to municipal sewer and water. Access to the site will be via the <br />existing driveway from Jackson Street. Parking will be provided in the <br />existing lot located in front of the proposed building. There is some <br />discrepancy between the distances shown on the landscaping plan and the <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
