($2,485 in 2012 equates to $47,513) <br />Background/Discussion <br />The subject site is platted as Natures Edge Business Center and is zoned both C3 (Ilighway Commercial) <br />and I1 (Light Industrial). <br />The plat will be divided into three buildable lots and two oudots. The subject property excluding right- <br />or-ways is 68.18 acres in size. The three buildable lots are 19.12 acres with the remaining acreage being <br />the oudots.
