• <br />• <br />RESOLUTION #12-~ <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF ELK RIVER TO SUBMIT <br />AN APPLICATION FOR A GRANT WITH THE MINNESOTA <br />DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES TO IMPLEMENT A WOODY <br />B1O-MASS HARVEST FOR WOODLAND TRAILS PARK <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is hereby authorized to apply for a grant up to $75,000 <br />from the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources for funds to implement a Woody <br />Bio-Mass Harvest for Woodland Trails Park; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River recognizes that 100% of the project costs will be <br />reimbursed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED if the City of Elk River is awarded a grant by <br />the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, the City of Elk River agrees to accept the <br />grant award, and may enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota for the above <br />referenced project.
