Principle and conditional uses in the C-1, G2, and C-3 zoning districts, except for: <br />a. Multifamily dwellings <br />b. Parking ramps (not defined) <br />c. Taverns (not defined, assume on-sale liquor establishments) <br />d. Motor vehicle service stations servicing more than 2 vehicles <br />e. Auto repair shops <br />£ Storage facilities (not defined, assume ministorage) <br />g. Drive in theaters (not defined) <br />h. Outdoor amusement centers (commercial recreation, outdoor) <br />2. All conditional uses in the R-4 (eg: outpatient health care, institutional uses, government <br />offices, mini-storage, zero lot line development), and principle uses in the R-3 and R-4 <br />zoning district. <br />Barrington Square allows off: <br />1. Retail establishments <br />2. Personal service <br />3. Professional and business offices <br />4. Financial institutions <br />5. Dental and medical clinics <br />6. Two family dwellings <br />7.
