RESOLUTION 02 - 13 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT AND <br />PREPARATION OF PLAN~ AND ~Pl=I~II~I~ATION~ IN <br />THE MATTER OF THE ZANE STREET IMPROVEMENT <br />OF 2002 <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />a public headng relating to the Zane Street improvement was held before <br />the Elk River City Council after ten days mailed notice and two weeks <br />published notice of the hearing was given; and <br /> <br />the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility Report and those <br />matters presented at the public hearing by those persons desiring to be <br />heard on the matter; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />The Zane Street improvement is hereby ordered as recommended in the <br />Feasibility Report dated January 24, 2002. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Howard R. Green Company is hereby designated as Project Engineer for this <br />improvement. The Project Engineer is directed to prepare plans and <br />specifications for the making of the improvement and the solicitation of <br />competitive bids. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 25th day of February, 2002. <br /> <br />ATTEmpT: <br /> <br />~andra A.
