Art will be shown from local and regional artists <br />through exhibits and performances will be given by musicians, dancers and theater groups on the stage in <br />.River's Edge Commons and throughout the downtown. area. <br />The Elk River Area Arts Alliance (ERA.A_A) is asking the HRA grant permission to use the area of 716. & <br />720 Main Street. for one or two. of their tents to house exhibits for the festival. ArtSoup will take place on <br />Saturday, June 16. The construction of the HRA parking lot is anticipated to be complete by Thursday, <br />June 28.
