Further, the city reserves <br />the right to stop work authorized in its approval until the site is appropriately investigated <br />and work is authorized to continue by the city." <br />BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION <br />The following is a summary of the agenda items for the March 13, 2012 Planning Commission meeting <br />and their potential to conflict with any known or potential cultural, historical or archaeological resources: <br />1. Request by Elk River Lutheran Church for Conditional Use Permit for achurch - (CU 12-03) - <br />No known SHPO site on the affected property and the city's archaeological model shows low <br />potential for an archaeological site.
