• <br />RESOLUTION 12- 07 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING RECREATION ADMINISTRATION <br />BUDGET <br /> <br />• <br />WHEREAS, on December 19, 2011, the City Council approved filling the part-time <br />recreation assistant position; and <br />WHEREAS, the funds associated for this position are available ul the Council <br />Contingency budget; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and approved the proposed 2012 budget <br />amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, the balance available in the Council Contingency for personnel is $191,550. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a budget amendment in the amount of <br />$24,000 is approved for the recreation administration department, and further, that funding <br />is to come from the Council Contingency budget. <br />Passed and adopted this 6~' day of February 2012. <br />Jo J. ietz, ayo <br />ATTEST: <br />,--'"" <br />Tina Allard, City Clerk <br />N:\Public Bodies\City Council\Council RCA\Agenda Packet\02-06-2012\Resolutionamendingrecadminbudget.docx <br />
