The camp will be set up for <br />a minimum of 50 kids and a maximum of 100. Community Recreation is <br />handling the pubhcity, brochures, some of the daily activities, and most of <br />the coordination. <br /> <br />Presentations would be done by the following: <br /> <br />· Police department - animal safety, pedestrian/bike safety, personal <br /> safety/drugs, and water safety <br />· Elk River Municipal Utihties - electrical safety; <br />· Fire department - fire safety <br /> Ambulance service - First aid/911 <br />· News station - severe weather <br /> <br />A fee of $15.00 per registrant is proposed and we have estabhshed an <br />estimated budget of $2,700. We will be asking local organizations and <br />businesses for support and donations for the camp, but in order to keep this <br />project moving forward, the Safety Committee requests City Council support, <br />not to exceed $2,000. <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
