ORDINANCE 02- 03 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING NEW WARD BOUNDARIES <br /> FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows: <br /> <br />Sect/on 1. That the boundaries for Ward 1 shall be as follows: <br /> <br />WARD 1: <br /> <br />All that property within the corporate limits of the City of Elk 'River lying within the <br />following described boundary: <br /> <br />Beginning at the intersection of the Zebulon Street alignment (western corporate boundary) <br />and the Mississippi River, thence north along the western corporate boundary of the City of <br />Elk River to the intersection of said corporate boundary with 192"d Avenue (also known as <br />County Road 35), thence east along the centerline of 192"d Avenue to Meadowvale Road, <br />thence east along the centerline of Meadowvale Road to Upland Avenue, thence south along <br />the centerlme of Upland Avenue to U.S. Highway 10, thence east along the centerline of <br />U.S. Highway 10 to Rush Avenue, thence south along the centerline of Rush Avenue to <br />Main Street, thence east along the centerline of Main Street to the CSAH 42 Bridge (also <br />known as Pamsh Avenue), thence south on the CSAH 42 Bridge to the Mississippi River, <br />thence west along the Mississippi River to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />WARD 2: <br /> <br />All that property within the corporate limits of the City Elk River lying within the following <br />described boundary: <br /> <br />Beginning at the intersection of the Zebulon Street alignment (western corporate boundary) <br />and 192"d Avenue, thence north along the western corporate boundary of the City of Elk <br />River to the intersection of said western corporate boundary and the 229m Street Alignment <br />(northern corporate boundary), thence east along the northern corporate boundary of the <br />City of Elk River to the intersection of said corporate boundary and the Jarvis Street <br />alignment (eastern corporate boundary), thence south along the eastern corporate boundary <br />of the City of Elk River to the intersection of said corporate boundary and County Road 31 <br />(Viking Boulevard), thence west along the centerline of County Road 31 to the intersection <br />of County Road 31 and County Road 13 (Twin Lakes Road), thence south and west along <br />the centerlme of County Road 13 to Tyler Street, thence north along the centerline of Tyler <br />Street to 195th Avenue, thence west on 195m Avenue to the intersection of 195th Avenue and <br />Ulysses Street, thence north along the centerlme of Ulysses Street to 197m Avenue, thence <br />west along the centerlme of 197~h Avenue to Auburn Street, thence north along the <br />centerline of Auburn Street to 201't Avenue, thence west along the centerline of 201't <br />Avenue to Irving Street, thence South along the centerline of Irving Street to Brentwood <br />Lane, thence west along the centerline of Brentwood Lane to Norfolk Street, thence north <br />along the centerline of Norfolk Street northwest to 200m Avenue, thence west along the <br /> <br /> <br />
